- If you have a large early repayment charge on your mortgage and are still within the tie-in period.
- If you have adverse credit or mortgage arrears.
- If you wish to keep the fees low no solicitor is required so there are no legal fees.

A fee of £295.00 payable on completion. As an Independent Mortgage Advisor I will charge a professional mortgage arrangement fee of £1,500 upfront, and I will reimburse any procuration fee back to you.
